After more than one year-long preparation we inaugurated the Comenius School Project (within the Socrates Programme). We had been looking for project partners from primary schools in over a dozen European countries and finally established a contact with seven schools. Working together with teachers from: Holland, Belgium, Norway, the Czech Republic, Greece and Italy, we worked out a project. Finally, within the first year of the Comenius School Project, three schools took part in this project: Beatrixschool from Holland, Direzione didattica Statale di san Casciano V.P. from Italy and our school.

The Cultural Heritage Project
expects pupils to learn about the partnership countries' culture (history, tradition, art, geographical and history description). Each year we shall assign two months for implementation of the project (November and March or April). We are going to arrange interesting trips, after-school classes, multimedia presentations (DVD, CD, video). Pupils are involved in: exchanging their artistic works (short poems, recordings, pictures etc), multimedia activities and corresponding by e-mail.
